I’m interested in understanding how people make sense of their lives — the beliefs they inherit, the things they chase, and how different disciplines, from psychology and philosophy to history and spirituality, shape the way we see the world.

That exploration becomes writing, videos and conversation. And occasionally, more personal one-on-one work with people exploring questions of their own.
