THINK is a framework I developed through lived experience, reflection, and years of inquiry.
It helps make sense of questions around identity, meaning, and purpose — especially when familiar ways of thinking no longer explain what you’re experiencing.
It is the foundation of how I approach my life and my work.
Ways to Work with Me
People come to this work when something no longer fits.
Sometimes after success or stability. Sometimes after burnout, loss, or a major life event. And sometimes without a clear trigger — just a sense that familiar answers no longer work.
My work helps people slow down, examine how they’re thinking, and make sense of what they are actually experiencing.
I work privately through individual sessions and longer-term one-on-one work.
